Blue (but / to) happy red.

The title has no hidden agendas, it's just something on top of my head. (After some edits, it prolly has something, not agendas but anywho...) I have been feeling really crappy these few days, with tennis and studies and all, accompanied by a runny nose and a sore throat. Maybe cause I'm PMS-ing, but that's beside the point. I have some concerns. Mostly about my class. I like my classmates... well, most of them at least. There isn't exactly a classmate that I intensely dislike but I dunno... I'm just worried. Some of my classmates, they don't take things seriously when I feel they ought to do so. I'm worried that I'll start slacking and i'm afraid of being contented with being "one of the best" when I would be nothing compared to other people from other classes and it is then, when i am contented, the image of how much better i can be will start to become all fuzzy. I've thought of appealing to change classes cause well, let's face it, I'm lazy and i'm not disciplined enough to do the extra work. I need challenge to motivate me. But then again, my tutors are good, they care about whether we get it or not. From what I've heard, we've got a few of the best tutors in RJ. Well, not best but probably among the best. They slow down to match my class's pace. I'm really afraid my momentum starts slowing down... i can already sense it but i feel helpless and i can't seem to find that something to save myself from being boiled slowly, like Michael Losier's frog. Like ya know, when a frog jumps into a pot of boiling hot water, it'll jump back out right away. But if the frog sits in just another random pot of water at room temperature and you slowly turn up the heat (yes, the pot is sitting on the stove), it won't realise it's dead and cooked until... uh... it's up in heaven looking down. I need to do something about it. Changing classes is an option, but what if i can't cope in the other classes where the tutors go faster? I'm not exactly the smartest person in my class anyway. I know i can adapt to a faster pace but... i dunno. I just... don't know. I've thought a lot about it and... I'm so tired thinking about it. If I don't change now, chances are i'll stay on till A Levels. But if I switch now and the teachers move too quick and should i lose my interest in my studies, i am absolutely screwed. Dammit...... i lose either way. I know I can't have everything playing my side but I think I need to see my civics tutor and talk about this, find out what my options are. I really need to get this over and done with. It's really draining all i've got. A levels is not a very small thing at this point of time for me, it can change a lot. This decision I make can change a lot of things.

Well... on the brighter (and more evasive + ignoring my problems) side, iPhone can finally forward and MMS!!!!! I've been waiting for a software update like this to come... and finally! 3.0 iPhone software upgrade. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Some people may not understand where all this hype is coming from because forwarding and MMS-ing are routine features available on all phones today, except for the iPhone, which Zhongy clearly stated in his comment about me getting me iPhone, a few posts down. So yeah... iPhone's forwarding feature. A really big thing. Instead of retyping or summarizing a text, i can finally do it without any pain. (It's not like i'm required to forward messages a lot but you never know when you're gonna need it!) The iPhone's forwarding function is a lil' different because it's er... you gotta copy and paste it. Which is A GOOD THING because it also means you can COPY AND PASTE! Just double tap the word, phrase or sentence and viola! MMS-ing is rather painless too. At the bottom left hand corner, you can choose to attach a photo, either by taking a fresh new picture or something from the camera roll. Which reminds me, they need to do something about the camera... Have a zoom at least. I don't really like downloading other camera apps.

Oh and spotlight! The best creation on EARTH, is now available on the iPhone with the upgrade. How awesome is that? Btw, if you're not a mac user, you prolly won't know what it is. Spotlight is a live search function that does a search that provides results INSTANTLY, unlike windows. Spotlight checks your database for any files related to whatever you typed in the Spotlight field and it presents a list IN A MATTER OF SECONDS and it is really accessible. True awesome-ness. =)

Just look at it... a little sneak peek into the Pearly Gates.

Haha.. Maybe (?) an exaggeration but my fellow Mac-ers (Applers just sound a bit funny... Actually come to think about it, it sounds kinda cute. xD), you should know where i'm coming from. xD (PS. I like that picture a lot too. xD) And anyway, there is some unpleasant news. It'll prolly be out only in June. Oh well, time flies. The day's gonna come soon and...

I can't wait to get my hands fingers tapping on those updates!
