I was wondering whether I should go on with the good news or the bad news first. I ended up settling for the potentially upsetting one first.
Well, as some of you have already known, I am resigning from my position as a Group Leader (or Ketua Unit which sounds much chun-ner. XD) from St. John Ambulance of SMK Infant Jesus Convent.
Reasons? First of all, i lack of the most important factor. Commitment. I strongly admit that i am too busy with other things that i have to take care of, therefore being unable to give my all to St. John. I think this society would deserve a better committee as i wouldn't want to be the black sheep pulling down SMK IJC's St. John status.
Secondly, i dare not deny that St. John isn't my priority as i have many other things to take care of. (Eg.: my Basketball Club and most importantly my slacking tennis performance.)
Well, these are the 2 main reasons why. I've enjoyed being in the Board of Committees and i am very thankful for the opportunities that i had but i just have to let this one go. I don't wanna be selfish. I think this society would be better off without me. The associations I’ve made during my responsibility here will truly be memorable for the years to come.
